[IRON] is probably pretty excited to have another big EU guild to fight, I would imagine.

we would be excited. the problem is that zd’s stop playing only one hour into our primetime so we haven’t been able to fight them much at all. as always we’re stuck with around 30 iron + randoms vs the coin+rk+randoms map zerg. wish they could run those two guilds separate from time to time. Don’t get me wrong, I love the challenge it poses to fight a much bigger force, but having to wait 20 seconds just to switch weapons makes it kinda bad.

We weren’t coordinating with Coin or moving together but sometimes we did end up in the same spot which gave us the numbers advantage but still some excellent fighting. We were running with 20ish RK last night and some randoms and it looked to me like Coin had around the same. We prefer to be outnumbered so very rarely join other forces unless a major defence is required.

There were quite a few times when we were fighting the SOR randoms zerg and while we were getting into it your guild came along and smashed us from behind. Sometimes planned I assume when your help was requested, sometimes just a coincidence but always fun.

@Wrex – Dude, RK are one of the few guilds who will stand toe to toe with you no matter how outnumbered we are

Gave me a chuckle though calling Waage a p***y when pretty much everyone knows his motto of finding the biggest bully in the yard and punching them in the throat no matter what the odds are – usually successfully

Personally I don’t give a kitten about GvG unless it’s in the field and for the campaign, in which case we LOVE squaring off against organised guilds such as yourselves when we come across each other.

Waage is correct though, if we partake then it pulls one of the very few organised forces that we have during our prime time away from the fight that matters. We do have some members interested though so you might see an RK team but WvW is our focus and that’s what we build and train for

After meeting KISS in combat, I don’t think they’ll make any difference to the EU balance after all.

It’s a very odd experience seeing so many with the same guild tag fall over dead or run away so quickly

PPT wise I thought it was intense and fun when was just those guilds above but with addition of KISS, going to make things harder on the server with no EU…lol

I wish it was like this for us on BG

Normally RK are running 10-15 on average I would say. Sometimes we only have 4 or 5 on and then just run with another commander and 1 or 2 nights a week we are running with around 20 RK – very rarely we’re running 25-30 but you can count those times on one hand for the past 6 months. When it does happen, as Waage rightly suggested, we can take whatever the hell we want and we’ve not found a guild or zerg that is capable of stopping us yet but apathy and attrition ensure that happens incredibly rarely these days.

HB are a very welcome sight when they are around but it’s normally around the same numbers as us. Usually 10-15 judging by our TS and sometimes 20+

That’s BG’s EU presence without counting guilds extending from other time zones which I’m not keen on because it skews things for us and screws up attracting native timezone allies or new members

We thoroughly enjoyed having RG on JQ giving us some quality 3 way combat action from organised players… We hate the zerging action again now and our online numbers show this

I suggest that one or more of SOR’s EU guilds move over to JQ to give us all the quality WvW that we’re looking for since the matchup system is clearly still going to continue to put us against each other more often than not

and who are they? That’s news to us

This was a ridiculous move for KISS to make and for SOR to accept. Our EU coverage will go back to RK (all 10-20 of us) flipping between all four maps to try to help in some way and the occasional night of HB helping while SOR get bored to tears owning everything and having nothing to kill.

Our guys that have been pulling 12+ hour shifts to support our incredibly weak EU coverage cannot maintain that level of play and would now be even more outnumbered anyway even if they could.

KISS should have gone to JQ

We are still looking for active WvW focused players to cover the EU timezone on Blackgate

We are especially looking for:

- Elementalists
- Necromancers
- Mesmers
- Warriors

Blackgate could seriously use some EU coverage. At the moment it’s RK (15-20) plus some pugs/militia vs much bigger numbers and we’re bouncing between maps trying to make some difference against the odds.

I wouldn’t come to BG if you are mostly non-EU players though

Founded in 1999 with core members dating back to then in some cases, RK are an EU prime time WvW focused guild who specialise in enforcing order upon the chaos of the zergs.

We are highly organised and always looking for new members who are willing to learn and to teach. I’m not interested in lone wolves at all. You’re either a team player or you’re not a knight.

We look for the biggest bully in the yard and punch them in the throat, ie. We excel at breaking zergs and we LOVE taking their stuff.
