For about 2 months now town hats don’t show up at all, Hats used to work but now they just show equipped but no actual hat. Seems to work with other peoples charr though.
Well now that it’s more clear i’d say you didn’t do enough damage to the crystal to get credit for it.
When fighting Shatterer when you see people become Crystallized you need to break them out to get progress for said achievement. It mostly happens when people get close to his feet and the lightning gets more intense. (From what i’ve noticed)
