Heh so I was out minding my own business in Wayfarer when Gaile Gray showed up not far from me. Was quite a surprise really.

I too have sent in a support ticket. I am getting the same credit card failed error. I would like this issue resolved so I can buy some Gems and get my account gussied up with extra character slots and Halloween costumes.
