They may have not-duplicated the ticket with the most amount of information on it already. One may have been in the correct or incorrect queue.

It means you have multiple tickets out for the same issue. They set all but one to duplicate status so that the same issue isn’t passed around to different people. Otherwise you end up with different agents thinking an already restored account is still hacked and changing your information all over again.

ticket open 31/08/12
approved 04/09/12
unbaned 05/09/12

And me : ticket open 31/08/12, approved 02/09/12, still banned, happy face (-_- )

If a member of the team does check out your post on the forums, make sure you post the incident number/reference number so that they can easily pull it up.
