I apologize, I just noticed this post after I wrote one. Anyway I have a problem with the GEMS. I purchased them and all good, but after I bought a 5 pack of transmute stones they didn’t show up, I waited 10 minutes and bought another set because I need them, NOTHING. What the heck. I always get everything instantly on this order i got jipped… twice!!! Can I get some help here please, its my motivation to play T_T.

This is a first.
Everything I ever purchase from the shop shows up almost instantly. Now 20 minutes and going, reloged, waited, etc, my items are not showing up. Even re purchased the order, those transmute cubes 5 pack. Anyone else getting the same problem?
My gems were subtracted twice so I better get my item eventually, this is really unfair.
