Guild Wars 2

I was using my username along with my information, but in using my email it worked, thank you!

As evident in making this post, I can log in and out of my account on the website without an issue. When I start the launcher and enter my information (which I know isn’t wrong) I keep getting an error to check my information.

I changed my password through ’My Account’ and tried again on the launcher, but still it doesn’t recognize my information.

Note: My launcher is currently downloading Guildwars 2 to my computer, could that be causing the problem?
