Hello! I have on two separate occasions bought a dye pack for 200 gems off the gem store. The first time my gems were acquired through gold > gem exchange so it wasn’t such a big deal if I didn’t receive them, but the second time I bought them and I’m a tad irritated that it’s still not working.

Am I doing something wrong? I just press purchase, then confirm and my gems disappear, nothing in my mail or anything. Am I supposed to go somewhere to claim them? It says in my transaction log that I’ve bought 2x Dye Packs, yet I have not received either of them..

How can I sell items to people without having to blindly trust them?

I just now announced in /map that I was selling a couple of dyes, someone tell me they’ll buy it for 2s, I say ok, he tells me to send it to him, I send it to him, he says he sent the money(yeah right). I sigh and die a little inside.

Is there a way to do C.O.D (cash on delivery) or something like that? If not, why on earth not? It’s a no-brainer.
