I just activatd Letter of Commendation and guess what? It didn’t add 400 influence to my guild, so you could say that I’m quite upset as of right now.

As the leader of my guild I queued the Guild Bank upgrade, but after it finished and I tried to use it, it simply said that either I didn’t have permission to do this or my guild didn’t have the Guild Bank upgrade. I’m also experiencing problems with editing and making new ranks.
