My concern is about the resetting larger achievements. So if I do all 28 individual rewards they reset. As a person who generally only does PvE and WvW, if there are PvP metas and I don’t do them, mine will never reset.
I’m not into PvP and never have been. This is crap for the people who like the game but just aren’t into other parts of it. I’m now being forced to play the game in a way I don’t want to if I wish to continue getting rewards.

My biggest curse about all this is the driving up of gem prices. If I want to spend in game gold for gems now, I get like 30 (if I’m lucky) for a gold. That’s 10g for a bloody black lion salvage kit!

What with the crappy nerf on ectos from rare drops, and I know they say they haven’t been nerfed but my ecto rate from master salvage kits has friggin’ dwindled massively and so has my “50%” chance from BL kits, it makes salvaging anything rare a complete waste of time unless you cough up for the BL kit, which at the price it is now, is a complete waste of time (since 10 gold can buy me 45-50 ectos, I would have to average almost 2 ecto per salvage to match it with a BL kit).

I would love to pick up some of these skins but they aren’t worth real cash (and don’t even get me started on anything RNG related). The gem store is turning into the biggest scam out there and will ultimately be what kills GW2. I love this game but this has slowly been turning into a hugely burning point for me.

Don’t know if it is just me but I used to get lodestones as drops (not all the time but often enough to keep from getting too frustrated) but since the orrian jewelry boxes came out, I haven’t had one lodestone or core drop, not even in a dungeon. Any chance ArenaNet messed with the DR when the boxes were added to Karma shops?

No mystery boxes from me or anyone I’ve talked to. Apparently they are so mysterious that we cannot see them when they drop and thus, cannot pick them up.

On the other side, I haven’t had a black lion key drop since Halloween. You know the drop rate is low when someone gets one at Jormag and announces with shocked disbelief that ANet apparently really are still dropping them.

OK…stupid fluke to deal with spider, might work for others?…went in…get pwnd by spider but stayed on the commune point where I got downed …communed while downed since option was there (think it was because I had started the dialog tree before I got taken down) and got the skill point before spider wasted me. Dumb and still hate the bug there but got my complete for Timberline Falls.

I was able to do the quaggan/krait mission yesterday so maybe that one is fixed. The spider was just insanely hard for only a veteran and after about five minutes, I still hadn’t knocked down the health bar at all. Bad bug.
