AHH Ok. I happened to look back on Craftsman Hobbs (Legendary Crafting NPC), and you can repurchase the Chest of Ancient Mysticism for some karma. This gives you the Essence of Ancient Mysticism, and the Box of Recipes: The Legend (First Tier). I can thus apply the recipe on the appropriate toon without having to re-level another craft discipline. I suspect that once a player has unlocked and completed any of the First Tier chests they can re-purchase it again from Hobbs. My immediate issue is resolved, however please look into clarifying the recipes so others will not fall into a similar situation.
Box of Recipes: The Legend (First Tier) shows as having crafting disciplines for Artificer (450), Huntsman (450), and Weaponsmith (450). Unfortunately since the toon I was on is a Huntsman 500, I automatically double clicked to add it to my huntsman’s list. This is not acceptable as now I have to level up Artificer in order to actually use the recipe. I already have another toon that is Artificer 500. I confirmed that I would need Artificer 450 on my Huntsman by adding Artificer to the toon and seeing the recipe’s on the Artificer list ONLY. It does not appear on the Huntsman’s list. You can see the disciplines on the actual item by seeing the item link [&AgH9FwEA] or the attached image. For future recipes please only have the appropriate crafting discipline listed on the recipe so that this type of error is not duplicated on someone else. I dread that since I already used the recipe on my huntsman that I would have to level up Artificer again. Unless some kind dev happens to take pitty on me and replace the recipe so that I can apply it to my Artificer 500.
I got my stack of 250 last night on my home server Yaks Bend. Had to reset a bugged event, several times cause of players interfering. But it does work if you do it solo, or get cooperation from others. As long as you let the Skritt attack Matriarch first on the second wave, and let her finish her dialogue. But if you kill her quickly it will bug out, and you’ll have to get the harpies to kill the Skritt to reset the event. Putting in a timer to auto-fail the event if it bugs would help this event out a lot. I’ve seen the event bugged out for hours if not days at a time.
