Purchased 800 Gems with Visa, card charged but no Gems added not keen to buy more Gems till i get a reply about this incase it happens again.
Edit: Ofcouse soon as i post this and manage to log in after E-maint Gems are now on my acount no reply from CS tho so dunno if Gems just got lost in the Mist for 3 days or what
