How many other bosses don’t reset if you screw up the first attempt?
Which is not entirely true since spiders keep spawning and aggroing you even there, and if you screw up the first time it gets dramatically harder (somewhat impossible).
Since this new content is focused on T.A. I hope that given all the complaints and the frustration F/U boss caused this new release will include a fix to this path’s boss. At very least a full reset if an attempt fails, making possible a fresh retry.

But how will you handle the fact that right now crafting a 1H weapon has almost the same cost as crafting a 2H?
So far the excuse given was that 2x 1H meant two sigils, but now?
An ascended dagger differs from an ascended GS just for 1 ingot.
But while you are fine using just the GS, you need 2 daggers (or a dagger and a sword, pistol, etc.).
That is NOT balanced at all.
I am the Leader and founder of a guild.
Suddenly since today I can’t represent my own guild, nor access the guild’s storage.
I can represent other guilds, but not my own.
I don’t know if there is a link but I had just bought and used the Commander’s book

my friend purchased the game from http://www.wowgames.com.br, since she doesn’t own an international credit card, but even so, she (and other friends) already bought other games from that same website (Wow expansions, Aion, etc). Now we’re not sure if this is a mistake, since it sounds quite strange, so we’d like to know if someone else experienced something similar, given also, that the reply from the support lacked solid evidence.

The thing is, even though she explicitly wrote in the ticket she tried port testing, checked the firewall, antivirus, etc. (all the steps in the first reply they usually send, because she searched on internet and tried it), she got as a reply the usual first step mail, which made her wonder if they actually read her ticket at all. I can guess there are a lot of tickets pending, but if you’re replying to one, you might want to try and save time to the player, instead of suggesting something she tried already…

Hello,
I am writing this post instead of a friend of mine, since she can’t even access the forums.
After a few hours from her last login she started receiving the error 122:4:5:1270 whenever she tried accessing the game (and rarely error 21:6:3:2114).
Reading the FAQs we learnt that “Error 122 means your account has been disabled, possibly for being fraudulently purchased by an unauthorized vendor. Please contact the source of the purchase for more information.”, but since this isn’t the case, we strongly believe it’s a case of hacked account or a wrongly done ban.
Just in case, she checked any kind of possible source of connection error, such as firewall, antivirus, router settings, port test and what not, but nothing worked for her.
Her ticket ID is #120907-001817 and #120907-001994 (the support was having issues and the first ticket wouldn’t display, so in the end it got submitted twice).
She would’ve liked to post herself, but together with her game account also her forum account appears to have been closed.
We hope this will be solved swifly, confident in ArenaNet good will to grant us the best gaming experience possible.
