Same. Running older Radeon and everything was fine before the patch. Now zone load times have increased and severe lag when doing world bosses where skills do not even go off.

Last time was a button down I bought for my girlfriend. To this day when she wears it she provides a a valuable, exciting, and pleasurable experience. ANet has decided to provide the same service for the same price… just no value, excitement, or pleasure.

ANet already said they would help anyone out who just bought the core game and would like to make the change to a HoT pre-purchase.

So since price for GW2 base game dropped to $29.99, $10.00, and now $0 I should ask for my money back too?

The comment about ANet helping out anyone who just bought the core game is untrue. I purchased the core game on Amazon on June 13th 2015 and have contacted them and was informed that nothing could be done to upgrade the account. The statement only applies if you bought their game through their store.
