While I understand the frustration, it’s always best to contact Guild Wars 2 support over issues like this if you haven’t already. If it is indeed something minor or accidental, they do have the ability to reverse it! Give it a shot and see what happens!

Trust me when I say you are in a far better position than the large amount of accounts that were compromised last year. My only question is this: You don’t need to remember your specific account name, only your email address you used to create your Guild Wars 2 account. Unless you have changed that at some point in time, they should be able to communicate with you via email. The support team is very helpful and knowledgeable, and will do their absolute best to help you gain access to your account again if you work with them.
As Rajani Isa stated: there are other ways of verifying you are the owner of your account, if that is indeed the case. Also – in my experience, you will need to create a support account in addition to your actual game account in order to service your request. If you have not done so yet, give that a shot, and post back here with your results!
