Help anet, i am stuck in game limbo. I only get a peek at the faces of my toons before they are gone again and i am asked to send an error report. Such a bummer.

when the patch was over, the game log in screen said ready. when i choose the log in and then play options it seemed to be starting but the screen only did its usual “turn black” it flickers then says a serious error has happened and shuts the game down. please fix my game.

yes red letters of no connection, like you i played fine yesterday but cant log in today. so bummed.

I have a love hate relationship with this game lol. It is my favorite but yes the lag spikes lately have made it all but impossible to do dungeons and forget pvp and wvw. All i can do is map completion and chat with a 3 to 5 second lag. Today however i can not even log on. I keep getting the red letter “connection error” message. I have been playing for 2 years and know all the in’s and out’s and it is not my computer or connections. Why cant they just leave the game alone. just repair the issues that it already has an quit adding problems and so called new content which just makes this kinda crap happen. please Anet, listen to the masses. We just want to play.

hey i have had the connection issue happen to me in the past but it has always cleared up on its own. today it is not. i cant get into the load screen without the connection error red print happening over and over. i have to go into task manager to shut it down. and yes i have tried all the usual things. just wondering what was going on today?

I could give a rip about what Anet “giveth” and what Anet “taketh away”, however what I do give a rip about is what I spend on it. I had just finished loading my toons with 30 gold worth of pets and potions {adds up when you have 8 toons} and now they have become worthless. GIVE ME A REFUND NOW! I am sick of spending my hard earned gold on gear, weapons, pets, and tonics that become worthless soon after I buy them.

OK first of all IMO I think the difficulty of AC has for sure increased, that being said there are some that I agree with about learning how to replay it again. There has been alot of conversation about the spider queen and I believe that it is because most have not been able to get past it. In reality there are several more bosses in there that have increased in difficulty also. When I began to play AC it was my first dungeon as a green horn [this is my very first online game so I am really a nub] but I always was able to run AC on pug all the way through, now it is a huge frustrating effort that I choose not to partake in. I appriciate some of the advise in here but honestly if I have to go watch videos to learn how to play a game, it is not going to happen. I dont have that much time guys, come on some of us actually work. In the two hours that it takes to play the silly thing [which by the way I loose half of in armor repair] I can make in world play. I think my plan is going to be to wait a couple months and then run it on pug when every one else has figured out how to play it. ofcoure there is the chance that they will change all the other dungeons and everyone else will quit playing the game. :O(

I dont want to hear that people need to change players or that your just not good enough to run the AC. That is hog wash. I have run that place over a hundred times and it was hard enough before with all level 80’s in exotic gear. It upsets me when I hear people say you need to be better. IT IS NOT for level 80’s in exotic gear, it is for level 35s in 35 gear. So when I go in after the last patch with my level 80 buddies and we can not finish it or we glitch out after battling for hours you have to realize that there patch was terrible. I know for one I do not wish to waste my time in there until they fix it. A game is supose to be challenging yet fun and enjoyable, it is not supposed to make you angry and depressed. When you get past the spider [if you do] you might as well forget Kohler just run past because you cant fight him anymore. So after trying six times you may decide to run past but then the hatchlings have been increased 100% and they have 4 times the health and half the time they are invulerable. After 2 hours you give up and say you will never come back cause really……what is the point. If arenanet wants you not to play there game they are sure doing a good job of driving us away.
