Hey,

I think for 2 days now i got my daily trought doing spvp… but i didnt seem to get the 10 Achievement points that count for it….
I dont think there is a max for this right to repeat?

So i think it might be bugged

No wvw tournament…. for players get burned out? Ofcourse there will be some players burned out, but they get back.

Like in any sports it is great to have a tournament and really fire’s up stuff, after that players go on a cooldown. This is normal, but at least there is a reason to fight to hold ppt. To stay on a few more hours just to escort a yak or defend a camp..

Right now population might be steady in wvw… but sooner or later when people lose the fight only interest as they have now and ppt interest already gone as well it will lose numbers out of boredom. For it is having a dimension that matters as well, not just getting more loot etc.. That is for certain players a motivation not all players…

Even if on NA side BG is pretty strong, it would still be welcoming to have tournamen motivation to play wvw much. Even if i like the return of the old bl… for what would i fight for …. ?

It is nice to do a sport you love Basketball, soccer… but only friendly matches so to say …. like why would i do that… i would leave in the long run and get into a place where there is some fair square competition where my adrline goes pumping cause i want to defend that keep, i want to get that extra ppt in… for the server…

Not even to mention the fun for pve players get in… for those AP… which might result in more people playing wvw in the long run…
2nd more variable things might happen, which will be frustrating for people who wanna control all things… lol. But one players loss, will mean the others players win…
And both sides will have pve players focus their own goals so they get killed cause they needed the sentry….

But maybe thats the 2nd problem with Guildwars2 these days next to no tourney..
People only seem to have fun when they control everything and when they win… they can’t see the humor anymore… They can only complain about the other server using siege or do things unfair blobbing… while they do exactly the same… in a timezone where they have the numbers…

This is where i truly wonder… when do people become more happy… when they even get more stuff….. is that a purpose… that makes you happy?

Just give a tourney… with loads of pve players as well in it for the AP :P Some excitement.. yeah players might get burned out, but make sure it is more often instead of once every 1.5 years or so

I think they duel in wvw, cause wel you know… your figthing 1vs1 and with the thrill… that you might be zerged over when you almost had that guy…. lol

Like fighting a guy with zombies all around you that can kill you… so exciting…\

I do agree with the OS tho it was made for GvG and duelling mostly.I heard a lot people in those days complaining that something like that was not made straight from the game start…. and i wonder how many people actually use it today…..

I really don’t get this change very much. I play on NA… but i play ocx/sea or EU, while being from EU. Depending on schedules. So suddenly for people get annoyed they didn’t fix up an ocx/sea or EU players….
My game style will be that of all the work you do in those timezones, it only counts 50% towards the score for instance?? That would be terrible… what motivation would there be left to fight for the server??

I mean i like the idea of efficiency points tho, so the amount of people playing average on an hour on one server compared to the other server decide a *0,??? factor on points or have some other effect on the points.

For that won’t just be nightcapping dealt with as the problem… for an efficiency point system… might actually lead to some servers with huge NA numbers to get lower points… for they don’t work that well compared to the numbers of the other server in NA time

That would be a more fair for all timezones and efficient effort is rewarded

I guess on certain timezones 2 servers paired can lead to actually have numbers on EU or SEA or Ocx for some servers… being able to defend stuff before moving into another timezone. Would be great if that would have been taken in account in matching up servers…
That doesn’t have to mean queues , actually finally numbers for some servers… where usually everything would turn into paper…

However i am concerned about the TS. Especially as players need to be verified… first 2 days all the time… great for people who have to spent their time doing that…

Or having to add another TS locations every week…

Also i agree. Some people left high tier servers for they like to play more laid back not facing blobs etc… So it seems to give the feeling only tier 1 players have been taken into account..

I like the old maps back. For a few reasons. I like to be able to autorun sometimes, salvage stuff, eating something, or map reading while running towards a keep that needs to be saved. Without having to be busy all the time, to watch out for falling or whatever. I don’t wanna have to be full 100% focus all the time.

Yes great to be full focus in a fight, but not when running to a hills or bay. (old names i guess you get used to them) . I don’t mind some extra area touches that can create nice fight situations. But just not all over the map just more centered around a keep or camp. And not all over the place .

This is still a nice ascpect of ebg in my opinion. I can auto run map read and not having to worry i am falling down all the time. Just be laid back for 1-2 min before going into full focus mode again.

Sometimes KISS is really an nicer approach than some complicated area, where your too busy on running jumping and not having the feeling of any flow

So please return them, however some twist new chokes are welcome but don’t overdo it as i am sure less will actually create more good fights than more..

I dont quite understand what you mean? People cant hardres under a barrage of arrowcarts now either, the combat change wouldnt make much of a difference. The siege war is already a fact and was in effect long before HoT (ever fought Rivercart in their prime?).

Ok not so well af formatting this stuff. What i mean with this rez change is.

When your sieging a gate of a keep like in ebg. People Always die, cause they get killed by ac whatsoever, for they stand out of the group etc for a sec.
The defenders only have to shoot AC’s to keep other opponents unable to ress. If well played this means that the numbers of the group attacking the keep might go down very quickly. Meaning those people have to run back. Maybe so quickly that cause of that some commmanders choose to even more siege long distance, instead of fighting a keep up close.

Which for me taking a keep is a lot of the fun especially if it takes 1-2 hours but in a way that your actually fighting and doing stuff not waiting till trebs have done their stuff, as in tier 1 NA it is not Always just siege war at all.
But when siege becomes an exploit to make sure rezzes are impossible siege suddenly becomes even more popular to build, and it becomes even harder to take stuff.

This scenario doesn’t have to happen, but can happen in my opinion.

Next to the fact the game can start to become a constant i have to run back all the time lol game and that might annoy the crap out of people sooner or later.

It is good idea for open field fights where so that their clearly can be a winner, but maybe cancel the idea of a certain radius of keeps.

I like the changes, but no rally and rezz. I kind a like to rally sometimes lol. However make it 3 instead of 5 not 1. As some guild groups are pretty much strong, however there is also a majority of players less skilled and enjoys the game, once it becomes to hard to sustain for that kind of players the numbers in WvW might even drop even more. So i think should be carefull about those changes. Maybe -10/20% incoming damage bonus when outnumbered or running with less than 20 in a certain radius an option if possible

Hey,

I like to switch to a server but it seems to be full at the moment, is this only full due to the amount of logins at that moment or full in full not possible maybe next week when people leave?

Just wondering if it is of any use to check it every hour or so to have a small gap

It happens often in tspvp that it starts with 4vs5 or even people leave during the match or are afk. Whether this is rage quite or any other reason or dc.
I think penalizing next match with -50% points, when people leave or don’t show up in the end even if they registered for playing a tpvp. Turning a match into a 4vs5.
It would suck a bit for people who dc, but if they still get back on maybe undo the penalty?

It is just an idea, to make people think a bit before they sign up for it. So they be sure they can play it and not realize they got other stuff to do and leave other players into a bad match situation.

Golem key lock suggestion

Make it possible for the one that drops golems to lock it towards the guild represented only and also that it can be unlock. So when locked only guild members can get in, and unlock anyone of the server.

Whether it is certain spies or whether is it just a random can’t go running around with golems out of a keep and run them of a cliff or make sure opponent can just destroy them. This way less influence of any spy would be there as well as Anet doesn’t have to sort out any blame mail about so called spies from other servers.

It might make less corruption in wvw possible. Until someone sees a loophole in it

Any chance, they might drop in effiency points, like a calcuation on the number of players on the map compared to the other server average in 4 hours and multiply that against the points having capped?. Ofcourse well enough thought about it can’t be exploited by haning out in LA for half an hour with the whole zerg :P, but mostly to out balance against big coverage servers?

Especially now with the league coming up and some servers going to have to fight against completely packed coverage servers for rewards, seems a bit unfair

Instead of shuffle to fight lower and higher tiers, just do it only every 3 weeks.
It might be a bit more balanced to overcome the constant unbalanced matches giving no fun on either winner or loser sides. Except tier 1 who seem to switch a little bit among themselves more than having to deal with that a few weeks after eachother

lol i have to admit i almost thought i was grinding again with the new event, i guess i got so use to it that this game is non grinding mostly rewarding game constantly :P

I used to play korean grinding game fly for fun, took me in non experience event on the really higher level 1 hour to get maybe lol 2.5-5% of a level. However i was not Aoe but 1vs1 . Hitting the same kind of mob over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over again.

Hillarious how stupid that was to play i guess big part of the motivation in game like that is not fun but reaching goals and put your mind to it completely like a zooooombieee

Well maybe suggestions have done before pretty common stuff

First suggestion

An Unbind scroll that you can buy in gem store to make your legendary weapon accountbound again or that rare exotic that you have. So for instance you can switch your GS to you guardian if you got tired of playing with mesmer

Second suggestion

Pick up pets that run after you collecting your loot bags maybe in same form as mini

Lol i do like a challenge, but why do i have this feeling that this is going to be dramatic for a lot of servers who will understand in 24 hours if it is worth it to login wvw or not and might be completely demoralized.
I think if you fight a higher server shouldn’t it also give you a change to get better rating/points not for winning of them. But by putting up a good fight trying to stay as close as possible, or maybe even a droprate increase or extra siege drops for the whole server so it would benefit you the coming weeks, and it will be a kind of benefit for do trying to keep fighting.
If not i think some servers will draw their conclusions 24 hours after match up and whine about it on the forums
But this is just what i think it contains might be that i read the changes wrong way

A pick up pet might also be nice option, however if find it hillarious sometimes as the situation is now :P I sometimes wonder if some fights are lost because some people go collecting bags instead of keep on fighting, if you want more income can Always go farming i guess.

I like idea 11 escpecially as it might encourage some people to do wvw a bit more which is nice for some servers to have a slight better coverage if they are more pvx server.

Some other things like the mobs take it more as a extra random challenge yes it is annoying but hey you don’t wanna die out of boredom :P right

And being from europe

Is the european community big enough ath this time to have good/decent wvw at american night times or just in general? Any european based guilds
And what about pve (farming) during those times is there enough activity to be able to?

Artificer station exp meter doesn't move anymore

i am stuck at 421/600 or so crafting rank 24 doesn’t move anymore so when i make a wooden plank the meter doesn’t move an inch. It stays at 421 exp of the 620 or so total, which i think means i can’t reach lvl 75 or higher to craft better things with other material for i won’t go level up

I hope they can fix it sooner or later cause kind a hard to experiment any further

I sent two in game mails but no resolve the situation
I went artificer and my exp meter is stuck at lvl 24 even if i produce nothing happens no exp nothing. This way i can’t move forward
I changed jobs to hope it would resolve but didn’t and other people didn’t seem to have the problem also others jobs don’t have this problem either

What should i do to resolve this? is this a a bug is it account related?
