due to the the recent wintersdays events i have been buying gems from the gem store but until recently when i have attempted to buy more gems i am unable to make purchases as it says my card failed i know i have money in my account for it and i had made a purchase 15 mins before the first occurrence of this problem so i don’t know whats going on and how to resolve this as the message tells me that i need to authenticate my identity i have no means or know of any way how ive been all over the support page and regular site looking for some way to resolve this
also this is my ticket number please help!!!!!!!!!!
