For Anyone who isnt using Windows XP. I have windows 7 and i had the same issue. I think I found a solution. right click the icon and go to processes and see if you have the game in compatibility mode. allot of windows XP users are having problems with that same issue. unclick the compatibility mode and you should be fine or at least make sure its not windows XP. That Worked for me

Yesterday I got this game and it was playing perfectly. then after a day it decided not to. I went to the forums and did the repair tool. still did not work. turned off McAfee antivirus and still noting. tried running the game as administrator and still noting. comparability mode didn’t do anything either. the game simply does not open. when I click on the icon the ring beside the mouse appears but it goes away and doesn’t launch anything. my system specs are
CPU: AMD FX-6300 4.2 ghz
GPU: GTX 780ti updated drivers. 347.52
8 GB RAM
Windows 7 bit
If there is anything I’m missing please let me know.
