Not sure if any other thieves have had this happen, but I have noticed that since the July 1st patch the “F1 Steal skill” hasn’t been synced up correctly after pressing it.
After pressing F1, Character shadowsteps and steal animation plays out; however for a split second or two the cooldown plays THEN the stolen skill shows up.
Very minute problem, but it does irk me a tad. :P
Idk, might be chalked up to server lag; but who knows.
