Guild Wars 2

Could not find this on other threads but I noticed the toughness granted from signet of earth has no effect on the condition damage (10% of toughness) granted from strength of stone. Is this a bug or intended?

I have notice the forge allows for these skins to be placed but only 1. Anyone know if they are part of any recipe?

All I can say is that I stopped playing thief because it was too easy. In WvW they are now more even to other classes than before but if you find a second thief to join you, you can decimate 4-5. With a good guard maybe 3-4. Makes for boring WvW now though. I dust em off every now and then and still the easiest class to play so I can’t complain.

Starting today it’s taking 10 times longer or more to load into the game or load from waypoints anywhere in game . Is this a known issue or am I the only one. Had no issues before the update (Feb 19th).

Spent the last 3 hours getting kicked (at least 12 times). Multiple events giving me no rewards. Absolutely no loot from any kills. So basically 3 hours of laggy game play. I usually don’t post on forums because it is a waste of time but i figure 5 minutes is worth this ridiculousness.
