Guild Wars 2

So i ran the sonic boon shout greatsword build for a bit and i found it too glassy. then I came across Dontains Tanky dps build and thought i could do a hybrid of both of the builds previously mentioned. for PvE, dungeons and fractals though I dont do the as much as i should. and should be atleast decent in WvW, which i dont do really that much.
So the goal is survivability and support via healing shouts, vulnerability via gs, and decent dps via stacking might. link to the trait setup im going —-> http://www.guildhead.com/skill-calc#mcR9waGax0VVaMoRb
and then on to the stuff i’m not sure at all. Runes i’m thinking of going full runes of soldier for the condition removal on shouts. then the question comes whether I should get pow/vit/toughness gear or knights? same with the trinkets and weapons along with sigils.
so the struggle is finding the sweet spot between crit% to build up dmg and a large healthpool to sustain the damage. or just go for the other :/

So ever since i started farming at cursed shore(more specifically the events at penitent and shelters gate waypoints) i’ve been having the problem where there’s alot of people (like +20 at a time, bots included), the render distance for mobs is like 10 meters. i would see people bashing at their full at nothing but air at the mob spawning spot and when i go closer i start seeing mobs appearing and doing their death animation. It’s even worse at penitent wp event, mobs just appear at my face most of the time.
I’m running on an high-end system(3570k, 7950, 8gigs of ram and gw2 installed on an ssd), running at mostly the highest settings.

So having hit 80 i thought i should get my traits and and utilitys set up properly. for traits i have gone for a rather odd 20/20/15/0/15 set, and a 4 signet(healing, fury, dolyak and might) build with warband support as my elite. for gear i have been trying to stack up MF for some reason just to get them goodies(and i’d like to keep it that way somehow)unless someone proves me wrong), but mainly my jewelery is MF only and some armor piece(cant remember). They’re all yellow/one blue and im trying to find the one exotic armor set to go for.
I’m also looking for more of a tanky build then glasscannon build that i quess i have right now. i’m fairly go(o)d at dodging though and the build i have been going on so far hasn’t caused a problem(atleast that im aware of lol)

so, i need a good PvE build and equipment to save on. can ya guys help me out? Also I am taking suggestions for other weapon combos for dungeons, i tend to run SE with my friend alot when i got the time. and still haven’t done any story mode dungeon
and sorry if the text is bit fuzzy, exam week doesn’t do good for your leisure time typing lol :P

I’m running an ATI HD 7770 and my fps on my 30’ TV is only at 25-27 FPS, i know thats low because i run BF3 at max settings and its smooth, what do I need to do to fix this, I am a complete noob at computers and settings so, I understood what you said by changing but I just don’t understand the values, like what should I change my values too? I know how to get there to change but just don’t know what to change the 2D clocking values to. Help Please.

That fps is totally normal. A 7770 is not that powerful card. I have a 7950 and it drops to 30ish at worst @ situations with a crapton of people. imma try the amd profiletoday, i hope it works
