ATI HD6970, what has made a massive difference for me is increasing the power control settings in AMD overdrive to max
Plagued by black (and stripped) screen crashes for days now.
I made one change that seems to have really helped, without reducing graphic detail.
From Catalyst Control Centre, go to performance > AMD Overdrive
I changed Power Control Settings, by sliding it all the way to the right (50%) not a single crash since….

P.S. Running new 13.1 drivers. however they made little difference.

fixed. was a lan card driver issue….
for me, disabling anti-aliasing completely seems to fix it

I have tried to raise a case but support seems to be down. It wont send my ticket…
I cannot install the game.
The install is stuck at “checking for updates”
I run as administrator and have disabled all firewalls and av.
Please help
