had the same issue a long time ago here’s how i fixed it:
*Make sure that you are on the admin account of the computer
*Locate the installation file for the driver
*Right-click and “Run as Administrator”

I know it sounds obvious but that fixed it for me

if that doesn’t work try the “auto detect driver” program from AMD found here: http://support.amd.com/us/gpudownload/windows/Pages/auto_detect.aspx

I think that I might have the same issue.
The problem however is that there is no crash report, as far as i can tell the game and the rest of the computer keeps running normally it’s just that the screen “disconnects” at some random points (and no commands work e.g. ctrl+alt+delete / alt+f4 / ctrl+shift+esc), usually during movie sequences like sylvani and norn intro movies and Ascalonian Catacombs intro. (human and charr intros seems to work)
Note that there is no issue during the conversation “movies” or sequences. I have noticed that if i quickly alt+tab to get out of the “movies” before it crashed i can see the temperature for my graphics card rise rapidly but stays low if i stay in “desktop-mode”.

I usually have the graphic settings maxed out and suffer no other issues but even if i lower the graphic settings and screen resolution to the lowest possible it still crashes during these sequences.
My graphics card is a Radeon HD7700 and i am using the latest drivers 13.4 but i have also tested with 12.10 and have the same issue on both.
6 GB of RAM and a Intel dual core processor
