The answer that I and many others have had when it comes to the replacing of missing, disappeared or otherwise no-longer in your posession items is a “the Guild Wars Support Team is unable to replace individual items. We simply do not have the tools to provide this service at this time.”
You could always submit a ticket to see if it works out for you, to try your luck. I received my reply within a day. However, my bet is that you’re going to have to re-obtain the badges to craft another Breastplate.

Just a moment ago I finished Fractals of the Mists level 14, killing the Jade Made in the Jade Sea map. When accepting the chest reward, to my great excitement I found that I was the lucky recipient of a “Snaff’s Gyre” and a number of Relics. When pressing the accept button, I got the pop up message saying that my inventory was full; I deleted a set of items from my inventory and pressed “take all” to receive my coveted ring. To my great surprise and in a way, horror, I found that the ring nor the relics were in my inventory despite having clicked “take all”.
I have not directly heard of this happening to anyone else before and I am rather bummed out about not having my ring.
Has anyone else encountered this and is there a way to retrieve the ring?
