You forgot that the API is also out, which can predict exactly when a “chest event” has started, thus removing (part of) the randomness.
No wait time + more events to farm = more ectoplasms.
Thanx ;-) . I had some bad experiences with some plugins which became more of an hindrance than an actual help, is why I tend to either use the built-in functionnalities, or well-tried plugins only.
About the .NET serializer, If I remember correctly that one is the one used by the WCF Web services, so I genuinely hope the performance difference isn’t that bad xD .
Hi everyone, mostly out of curiosity, why do you require a plugin to perform the task? I understand that the 4.5 framework isn’t suitable for everyone, but to my experience the DataContractJsonSerializer is available in .NET 3.5 too, I used it to seralize in some of my projects ;-).

Have fun!
Hi everyone,
Besides the obvious confusion nerf, I’ve heard about some other frightening changes for other classes, like the new warrior trait allowing to deal more damage on people with boons. I never rolled a warrior so I can’t tell how powerful this actually is, but it ca potentially ruin even more the staff/condition builds and chaos armor. The more the warrior hits, the more boons on us, the more damage we take, bbye mesmer..
By the way, is there a complete list of the upcoming changes for all the classes?
Think positive.. now that PvE and WvW confusion are separate, maybe they will finally buff confusion (and F2) in PvE ;-) .
Toi bad we lost our only effective way to tag in WvW though..
(at least for conditions builds)
