Guild Wars 2

Heya so I’ve been here a bit and I’m looking for a relatively small guild like 25-50 really active people that like to use teamspeak to talk while doing pvp or dungeons. I also want a guild that’s really interested in improving their guild hall I keep getting guilds where I’m the only one that wants to improve the place. I’m open to doing new things I don’t mind fractals and I don’t mind learning new things. If there is any nice guilds out there like this hit me up. I’m not interested in a 200+ guild really I like to get to know my guild mates I get only mornings earstern time during the week and week ends I play all night because I work nightshift so I just keep my schedule on the weekends ^^ So a guild that is active during the night would be a good thing for me

Oh and one other question would she be able to get in the same guild as me even if we were on a different server ???

So my girlfriend got gw2 and I was told by my guild mates to join sea of sorrows. I got in no problem when I got the game, but for whatever reason now sea of sorrows is always full. Can anyone explain to me the way it works I seen multiple other forum post but they were all like 2 years ago. I wanted to see if anything has changed. Does it actually matter what time she tries to join a full server or does a full server mean full till someone transfers. I also read that we could play on maps together even if we were on a different server. Is this true and if so please explain I would be very grateful.
