Problem is that you have to run and reset all the time you wanna do something different. Or at least if you want to use proper trait for certain activity. Or you go to pvp with the same trait that you use for dungeon or material grind/events?
With all respect I disagree. I think there’s enough money sink option in the game. With the system I mentioned above… I give you an example. You’re in a dungeon with a pug team they’re struggling and you’re on dps trait you would be able to change to heal/supportish trait, this way the team will be able to pass that area and then you go back to dps trait or anything the dungeon/team set-up requires.
Also you go to pvp you change your trait, you play 2 hours then you go to dungeon you change it again, then you go to grind some materials again you would use different settings. What we have now for this is really bad. Wouldn’t be easier just to click 1 button and change the trait you saved for all these different type of gameplay?

One thing what would be really good, if we could use multiple trait settings. Just like in Rift there is the possibility to set 5-6 different kind of “talent” (traits in GW2). Everyone wants to use different traits in dungeons, pvp, casual pve etc. What we have now is really unfriendly.
During dungeon runs would be a huge help especially for teams who are struggling if they could change from dps settings to support or tankish kind of trait when they’re not in combat.
In my opinion the ideal would be 5 but more like 6 possible options to choose from. Of course wouldn’t be pre-set points, we would spend all the trait points as our own taste.
Please implement this in the game, would be really good and a huge help.
