Oh so I need some matching items for them to activate? Like a set?

I’m beginning to get some items where it say eg:

[Magic something] (1/2)
1.) 10% to whatever
2.) +5 to something else

Now I can see that the 2.) is grey and the 1.) is hmm green I think. Why is that? Is the grey not active? How do I get the 2.) active?

I did try to find the answer on Wiki, but just got lost…..

Hi.

I have chosen a server to play on and have 5 characters I enjoy playing.
But now I found that some of my friends play on another server. Not wanting to abandon my 5 characters on the server I play on now, I wonder if I can switch between servers when I play.
I have 5 characters on one server and they will stay there, but when I log in I can choose another server and create new characters on the new server. I hope this makes sense. Is this possible?
