Oww cmon already! It’s been months -.-
Theres a good reason that we are all complaining. The legendary you worked your butt of doesn’t display any hint or trace of being there., when using kits of any sort. They’re pretty much the only viable utilities integrated seamlessly in the engineer proffesion. There isn’t much you can do without them, since turrets are a lost cause. This is a serious issue!! Now I recall a certain flamekissed skin who was immediately removed from the game and altered. Because it bared a certain likeness to human t3. The complaints voiced were that the skin should have been unique to that race, or people worked their kitten off to obtain it and now it was obtainable for anyone with gems. Now why is that their complaints were listened to directly? Are we not players as well!? We might be kit wielding engineers but that doesn’t make us a 2nd class citizen. Imagine being thrilled about getting that one thing you ever wanted and it turns out it doesn’t turn out to be everything you wanted because you don’t fit in the range of people worthy of using it? I demand new effects! Why should we bare this suffering? Why has nobody even bothered with doing something about it. This is a problem which could be dealt with in an easy manner.

And while I am at it, look at the engineer class and really think hard about what you guys envisioned it to be like. It might be a mish mash of different aspects from different classes., But that doesnt mean it should perform any less then the others. Check out the turrets will ya

Alterations to Quip

Quip is a loveable goofy gun with the effect’s to match it. Yet somehow it feels lacking compared to other 1-handed legendary. For instance The Moot: likewise a festive weapon it has a lot going for it but it’s trail is the eyecatcher. Likewise the other one handeds are beautifully complimenting the classes which wield those, through the use of special skill changes and such. Dragon’s Claw Flings Incinerator blades instead of the claw-shaped fire projectiles. Mesmer clones will inherit all the graphic and sound effects of Bolt when wielded in the main hand. And the list goes on. This is where Quip is lacking. If you blatantly forget the fact it’s one of the less original legends due to grave similarities to The Moot. Shouldn’t every legend be special -.-

The classes wielding Quip, consist out of Mesmer, Engineer and Thief. Mesmers barely obtain the opportunity to display the legend’s effects, Kit Wielding Engineers are robbed of any effect once a kit is equipped, the one remainder is THief. I propose increasing the footfall effect or downright changing it. It is no match for the other legends, as seen on numerous occations where 2 wielders meet. My second proposition is doing something for the Mesmer and Engineer class, having a legend to which you’re drawn to, and finding out you will barely see its effects is depressing…

It’s a special gun for special people, and they shouldnt be any less privileged as other legend owners.

It should happen already! It’s unfair kit wielding engineers can’t display their legends while everyone wielding a gs or a staf is just fine -_-. This game has been here for a year and something should be done. But unless your a war wielding twillight I suppose our complaints won’t be heard.

Obtaining a legendary is all about the prestige. As much as it is of months worth of effort. Therefore I propose to have a legendary skin for each weaponkit. Two birds with one stone. Whilst browsing across the forum the term hobosacks crosses my eye several times. Players want different weaponkit skins and one can imagine why. Something to be able to show off whilst maintaining the legend’s effect in combat. It could be as simple as a symbol on the back of each with the ability to portray the legend’s effect. Let’s take quip for instance, it’s main future which stands out is the glowing cat head. The head could be added to the elixer kit or the flamethrower and every now and then pop out a particle effect. The sack could be redesigned to have some kind of festive theme, a ferris wheel with rotating potions. This pleases the need for a new sack appearance as well as portraying the much requested effects. Playing an engineer who uses weaponkits shouldnt be punished by having none of the effects shown. This would simply be a small effort since you guys release new skins every month. Please think about it. A ferris wheel with potions inside o_o

Can anyone explain to me what happened? I’ve been playing this game for around a year now and I’ve been enjoying about every bit of it. But theres one thing which I can’t just swallow. What has become of karma! The whole meaning behind karma was those who do good receive good. But theres no such thing as that in this current state. I’m talking about hours and hours of time worth grinding events repeatably. And for what cause? I can understand you guys might have wanted to limit the exploitation, but the majority of us have been affected as well. This nerf was simply too bad. You might as well remove karma as currency it’s become 10 times more difficult to aquire now. Which wasnt the thought behind from what i understand when the game first started. I’m not pleading you to restore the old method, that won’t work. But at least try to meet us in the middle, karma shouldn’t be some elitist currency it should be accesible to all in a moderate rate. And I hope you read this and think about it.

Ways to improve the current method would be to increase the drop rate of drops and various of karma articles. Or reinstate the jugs at 50% less output.

Or increase the karma output gained by the events. And add drops back to dungeons, we are after all helping those folk out and we should be rewarded for it asides money. It’s a good deed now isnt it? And thats what the spirit of karma is about.

This has been really bugging me. It’s not nessecay to be a karma million but im sure as hell not ready to farm for something which used to be a common currency. Karma belongs to all of us!

Guild Bounties

Me and the gang just succesfully completed a bounty whilst hoping on if all fails killing at least one target. So what happens our first target dies and we start on our second: Ander “Wildman” Westward. We manage to find em on time destroy the karka and continue to the real deal. So what happens clock is set on 20 seconds left, he’s like good to be dead! We actually managed to kill 2 bounties with 10 people, through the slaughter I monitored the clock and saw it running empty after we finished the bounty which was like 4 left. Then we start to celebrate till we see we failed it -_- Both bounties were killed short time though, but I saw both bounties completed before the clock stopped. And we still failed this no merrits at all. Sooo what’s the deal? Dreamers Of Eden guild [DOE] Fissure of Woe, I’m rather dissapointed now and quite amazed. So is this a bug or what not or was the clock lagging. Either way A response should be enough! Is there a way of us to regain those merits?

Is there any way yet, to switch orders? I for instance picked vigil with a few clicks assuming they were durmand priory. Had no chance but to accept the reward so now I’m stuck with vigil. I found some data from a press release long time ago but it doesn’t clarify a lot :P

I am wondering in what way you obtain a legendary preccusor at the moment.
Also does this mean obtaining a legendary will become easier (leave out all the grind).
Will obtaining a legendary at itself become more than grinding and shelling out ’all your belongings ^^

Really stoked about what the future might offer…
Any ideas? Or comments?

I played Explorable Mode with a lvl 80 warior with the traits in the ‘right’ place and he kept on dying even more than me and I was 30 lvl behind him a stood my ground so lvl isn’t all

Can anybody please explain how come people under lvl 80 are pratically avoided as parias when it comes to explorable mode? Is it so wrong wanting to enjoy explore mode below lvl 80 without waiting for hours for a saviour? Yes I am ranting but it just isn’t fair life ain’t either but this is fantasy!
