+1 I’ve always loved the GvG scene, Anet is missing out on ALOT here.

Hello, I am an officer in the FA based oceanic guild RP. I’m not going to try to recruit you to our guild or FA because ultimately that’s your choice, but I’ll give you a basic rundown of T2 ocx as it stands.

FA has a number of guilds who play ocx but as of late we’ve had issues with the PST —> OCX handover time, resulting in a mostly paper BL, after which its continually Ktrained by SOS and YB (A bit Biased but meh). Main guilds are XIII, RP, HG and AdV (+ some smaller guilds who I havent mentioned.)

SOS is the former unofficial OCX server that Ktrained during the night but they lost alot of their OCX coverage. From what I can tell their main OCX WvW guild is TF, who tend to run quite large (again, bias :P). There are also a few roaming guilds such as FN (I think :|).

YB often has a pug blob on at this time, as well as several roaming groups (thinking KH + Friends here). They also have Munt, who is probably the top ocx guild right now due to a lack of competition, but even they tend to run quite a few.

So yeah, thats T2 OCX in a nutshell. Sucks some nights but anything below is dead. T3 might have a decent group every now and then but T4 and down its just small roaming groups really, but that might be what you’re into

Just wanted to chime in that lag during oceanic (in T2 NA) has been completely normal for me (‘normal’ being 200-300 ping anyway lol). Any lag I experienced was on my end.

However when I get the chance to play NA it lags on both my accounts (AR and FA) on various maps. EBG on AR was unplayable for at least a few weeks, but seems to have resolved itself on that map recently

Hm, with this whole ‘sneak attack’ thing I wouldn’t mind stack rezzing in combat being removed for a week, I mean the whole system is designed to see how things work right?
