See i dont find any issue with the staff, which i have played from 1-80 with when you team the staffs combo fields with arcane skills that gives you so many options for combos with burst. That along with the amount of control you get with the slows and stuns gives you so many options. I wouldnt change a thing about the staff

The annimation for the tornado elite skill underwater(whirlpool) isnt always showing up. Somtimes your character will just turn invisible. You still do dmg if you can figure out where your character actually is on the screen thou lol

For some reason when i use whirlpool underwater when there are people around the annnimation doesnt show up and my character just disappears on screen it still does dmg but i cant see where it it hitting things
