Well I was lucky enough to get a reply from support, but as of responding back to them is the problem. Do I reply back to them simply by pushing reply in the email? Or do I need to go to the actual ticket and update it or reply somehow within the ticket?

Where can i find my 25 digit serial code if i ordered from you guys

I also have the same issue, I bought two copies, one for my brother and one for mine and I can’t find the serial code for either of them. And I cant figure a excuse why I would delete them from my email if I did that. I sent in a support ticket a few days ago but I don’t expect a response anytime soon.

I bought my brother Guild wars 2 the 27th of August and ever since the 29th I think it was, my brother hasn’t been able to play his account because he got hacked and the hackers changed his email. My brother has opened a support ticket but we all know that Guild Wars 2 support is unfortunately slow from being slammed in the support tickets. Would it be safe to maybe contact my bank to get a charge back and to re-buy a copy of Guild Wars 2? Would it affect my copy (which was bought with the same card) as well?
