So my Ticket about this was CLOSED with not a single freaking answer from Arenanet or anyone.

I would just like to say your costumer service is the worst of all the companies I’ve ever had to contact.
No feedback, no answer in weeks, no help what so ever.
I’ll be making sure the word is spread about how crappy your service is.

I love how there is 0 response to any of the tickets I’ve sent about every bug or problem ever… This credit card problem is specially anoying.

This games customer service really sucks.
Not being able to directly talk to anyone is horrible as well.

And I see there are no responses in this thread either.
