Guild Wars 2

Resolved for me.
Don’t know if it’s a coincidence, but.. here is what I did.
After reading about problems with other webrelated stuff and this..
I went into the settings for my network card and disabled WinpkFilter.

Note to any developers that might read this.
I also tried deleting the cache. Didn’t help.

How do you do “repair”?

Go into the folder where you installed Guild Wars 2 and make a new shortcut to gw2.exe (you can move the shortcut to desktop or you can rightclick gw2.exe to desktop and chose “Make new shortcut..”
Now rightclick the shortcut you just made and chose options (I think it’s options, my windows is not english.. anyway it’s the very bottom one on the list).
Now add -repair to the end of the text in the box.. so the end of the text looks something like this \Gw2.exe" -repair
Click ok.. run the game from the new shortcut… and wait..

Note to Anet: Maybe it would be an idea to add a checkbox to the launcher, so people could just click that to do a repair?

Same problem (Piken Square server).
Blank window when I open the Black Lion Trade.
I tried the -repair option, I tried restarting my computer, I tried disabling my firewall.
Blank window.
I tried other characters. I tried different zones.
Blank window.

I agree in most of the problems listed above.
And to add my own.
I really REALLY hate how my minions sometimes stands around doing nothing while I fight, or even worse (flesh golem being really bad at this) runs off on their own to pick a fight… I though that I was supposed to be in control of my minion? Guess not
