I have already submitted multiple tickets, and I keep getting email that say my ticket is in que for review. They were able to help me with changing my email and password but left out restoring my account of the wealth and items I lost. I love this game, and my ex bought it for me on me birthday, and I have been playing it over a year already. This is the first time I have had issues with my account being hacked and my items stolen, and not having my stuff returned to me. I was devastated because I had highly expensive items, and I crafted all the ascended items and put forth a lot of effort and gold to have all the items. I had three sets of armor with traveler runes, and I collected exotic weapons and I have spent a lot of real money for gems and gold, and this is just very frustrating. When it happened I literally cried. I don’t know for sure if I will have my items back, and I feel like there isn’t anything else I can do at this point. I don’t understand why people have to steal. I mean what did I do to deserve this?

My account was hacked on the 14th of may and I changed my email, and password, and also had to deactivate the mobile authentication because the hacker used it to lock me out my own account. I was successfully helped by support, and then set up a new mobile authentication. I however submitted a ticket or two to have my account restore to a date previous to the hacking incident, and I have waited a bit over a week, and I still do not have my stuff back. Can someone please help me get my account items back? How much longer will it take, because I know someone else who got their stuff back in three days, and I am wondering why I’m having to wait over a week to have someone restore my account of my wealth and items. Can I please have my stuff back? Here I even attached my screen shots of my account in previous dates as proof.

My account was hacked 5/14/14 and I have changed my email, and my password, and had to get the mobile authentication deactivated because the hacker locked me out of my account with it. I have already successfully have a new email, and password and set up the mobile authentication, but I also submitted a ticket to have all my wealth and items in my characters inventory refunded because I lost everything in my account from the incident, and I have been waiting since last week on the account reset and I have submitted several tickets to have my items returned all to no avail. I think I have waited long enough, can I please have someone reset my account to a previous date before the incident occurred so that I can have my Items back from my characters inventory?
