Guild Wars 2

I bought 2 face makeover kits from the Gem Store and recieved nothing! Usually they come in the mail however I am yet to get anything. Is this bugged?

When using my PC and playing GW2, I have loading screens of up to a minute sometimes, however when I switch to my Macbook I have really fast loading times even though the computer is significantly less powerful. I have tried deleting the local.dat file but that appears to have made no difference. Is there anything I can do to fix this? it’s deeply frustrating especially in dungeons.

Please, please implement something like this. The snowball effect of WvW scoring is really getting old.
