I may have a solution …. i tried the 35 dollar option and it worked every time i made 3 purchases in a row… give it a shot guys

Same issue have tried multiple cards, multiple methods… still cannot ever purchase gems. here is the ticket 120830-014619. I hope it gets resolved soon.
