Haha. I just don’t like seeing any tags running around on my mini map or screen so I would like an option to turn them off on my screen.

Please help! I was asked a question today and I don’t even have this Mentor tag. I answered this question too and didn’t receive any xp for my effort.. I got a “thank you” stupid soul bound rewards.

I would like an option to hide commander and mentor tags from my mini map and screen. Maybe it could cost 301g so no one will get mad that they paid 300g to be seen by me.. An option though so I can turn it on when I care and turn it off when I’m doing my own thing. Thanks

Yeah I was kind of bummed when I logged in yesterday and the elite on my warrior was complete. I was pumped about completing it in maybe a week or so. Like a fun goal to work towards with cool rewards. Other chars/prof would have been a pain to get to 400 but it seemed like a good way for me to actually group up with other people to complete the hero points or learn the prof better. Its not like it was 400 different hero points all of the ones I ran into in HoT were worth 10. Looks like I’ll just stick to my solo roam and find a new goal.

If they give us this option we need an option to hide commander/mentor tags and this new Mentor:name thing. Heck I’d pay 301g to have that option.

I’m enjoying HoT. When I started playing a year ago I heard of tons of cool stuff that was locked behind lvl, wps, and knowledge of the game. Video games need to offer more options for when you buy. Check off everything you want to start with that the game offers and the people who complain will get bored faster and leave.

I miss old games that didn’t change features. I’d buy a game if I didn’t like it I would toss it in a drawer if I enjoyed it I played the game. I’m sure other people enjoyed games I didn’t. Now I’m always afraid that the things I do enjoy could be altered down the road because of how vocal angry whiners will get when they want you to see their point. I do like that they fix bugs in games now and content updates.

Silverwastes, chest farms, and other champion bag farms are ruining GW2s economy, forcing players who just want to enjoy the game, but still progress to something, do them, in order to get anywhere. Those chests in Silverwastes should be more rare, and or even removed.

Working as intended and players are free to find a new map that isn’t chest farming, you play your way, chest farmers play their way. Everyone needs to learn too get along!!

So when I work a map from 0 to VW and then someone says “chest run” and starts to taxi and I have to leave to find a new map that is fair? Then when you lfg all you see is Chest farm, bring shovels, need commander for chest farm etc.. I have no problem with chests I just am tired of losing my hero of the wastes because people want a easy farm.

They need to make a chest train mini game in LA. Keep chests in SW only visible to people in the party that opens the chest. Promotes groups of people working together and they won’t have enough shovels to run around a map for hours in large zergs.
Also I’m tired of seeing in map chat “chest or events?”. This is a win win.

I’d like to favorite items so they can’t be salvaged/sold. Then get rid of the warning on all other items.

RNG works fine for me, I never know what I’m getting and so it’s always random. I guess if I wanted 1 thing out 100k possibilities I might be disappointed.
Also if I got a new account and played 100hrs on it got 4 pre’s I’d say I’ve played a total of 1300 hrs and got 4 pre’s…
