Mesmer Staff: bug Illusionary Elasticity

The staff on the Mesmer staff one skill winds of chaos is supposed to have two additional bounces so in total should hit three different targets, both allies or enemies when traited with Illusionary elasticity for both clones and the mesmer themselves. Well after doing well over an hour of testing on both the target dummies in LA and all different golems in the heart of the mists I’ve found that literally only half the time do the clones “winds of chaos” attack strike a third time like they should when traited with Illusionary elasticity. It doesn’t seem to matter how close the clone is to the target but well over half the time when they are cast the illusionary elasticity trait doesn’t seem to work correctly with them, even on idle targets. Don’t know if it’s the angle but when I stand wherever they were I always get my additional bounce and hit three targets instead of two like most of them are doing. Also it seems that if they do only hit two targets when summoned they will continue to only hit two targets for as long as they are up, but if they start out by hitting three targets like they are supposed to with the trait when they are summoned they will continue hitting three targets. It’s a pretty big bug and should be looked into asap especially since it has a huge affect on pvp play. (You can see in the picture how the clones attacks are only hitting two targets instead of a three even though there are additional targets all around, and the attack isn’t just bouncing back to the first target either.)

Blink dysfunctional

I know the skill blink isn’t on very many bars. But I felt it was so flawed it needed to be addressed. The main issues with blink I’ve noticed is it won’t teleport you to anywhere that you can’t jump to, that includes a platform you could reach with a ramp next to the player and choose to walk up but when you attempt to teleport up to save time the spell fails even though it’s accessible by foot… not very fun. It also won’t teleport you to a location you could easily jump to such as a stepping stone with a small chasm in between you and the stone, the teleport will fail which kinda takes you out of the immersion of the fantasy :/ And as a skill that functions solely for the purpose of teleportation and offers no other benefits or damage I believe these are pretty major flaws. I’ve included a picture of just how short of a distance the blink spell will fail at, it will actually fail to teleport you to an even more level platform if there is a chasm there as well than displayed in the picture. Also an additional note is that the Guardian teleportation skill Judge’s Intervention actually teleports more successfully than the Mesmer’s Blink spell as it will some times but not always teleport you across certain chasms. Once again I understand that this isn’t the most important issue at the time but I feel it still needed to be brought to attention.
