Can I still take what I am selling and multiply by 1.18% to acquire the minimum sales price i need to break even when selling said item? Or has what I have found online incorrect?

Passive ability grants a 25% increase to run speed. My question is, why does the mini Signet of Air icon above the skills on the right when mousing over list it as Movement speed increased by 10%?

They both contradict one another, so I am hoping for an explanation as I am sure I’m missing something.

Finally bought GW2 and I ran into something I was hoping to get clarification on. As my story progresses and I complete tasks, every now and then I receive an option to choose Charm, Dignity, or Ferocity. My question is this. Say I choose Charm at character creation. That Charm level is higher than the other two. Does choosing something other than charm throughout my leveling\storyline change anything at all? What impact does that make? Also, it seems that sometimes I only have an option to choose 2 out of the 3 as an option along with a default option.

In the end it comes down to this question. What impact does choosing all charm for all options do for changing my story if any?

In the end does it matter if I pick charm at character creation and choose everything but when given an option?

Thanks for any clarification that can be provided. Seems like they took the SWTOR model, just no idea what it changes if anything. What does the levels of each get ya?

Finally decided to bite the bullet and bought GW2 and to my discredit I have researched zero into this game. Started browsing the forums and had a question that I hope can get clarified.

At character creation for the Elementalist, we choose a path (fire, earth, etc). What bearing if any does it play in the game long term? Does choosing a specific path make that path stronger down the road or is it simply story line related along with icon on forehead?
