Guild Wars 2

Hey, I’m playing on Gandara and this skill point is still glitchy. Last night all the sharks were chilling as NPC’s outside on the rocks. Today, one-two are in the water, the rest are outside. Cannot fight any of them… So confused and I need it for clearing this map >.<

I had trouble with this as well. I had 3 other players near me that were baffled as well, this is on Gandara. I will try again tonight but it is stopping me from the 100%.
