Quite a few of my guild members since the latest update are no longer in guild. I am the guild leader and says I am not in a guild. Drizzt White is character name. Please help. Thank you.

Some of our guild members can’t see themselves on the “G” list.
I can’t /whisper them when they are online and shows me “the player is not online” message.
Please help. Thanks
