Not sure if this belongs here or in the bug forum, but myself and my entire team lost a match where our ranger was idle 2 mins in and later dced. I’m pretty sure this should be a match where none of us loses rank.
Perhaps not count as a loss, but play an additional match? So if you suffer a dc during 10 placement matches, you play 11 before you are rated. It could still be exploited but it would be fairer in the long run.
I’m pretty sure this might be how it works already
Nope. Just ten. Friend of mine went 4-6 in the prelim 10 – 2 losses were from dc.
Got put into silver though so…meh.
While DC Games count as a loss pretty well everywhere except your rank, I don’t think this is good enough. We need to have dc games not count as a loss in the first 10-it’s simply not a proper representation of skill.
Really…this makes no sense…
Anyone know why?
Just my two cents…but when I see the top five list and one or two are <20 games played (or just 10-0) I really don’t respect them as much as the guys that go 50-10 or 100-20. I get that we don’t want to punish people for not playing as much, but in the top tier, you should have to actually play, not just grab a new acct and win 10 games for your placement at the end of the season.
We’ve been talking about personal score a bit. I’m personally of the opinion that it isn’t representative of a player’s effort in a given match, and it also can be incredibly misleading and potentially lead to bad gameplay habits (5-capping home).
If you were to redesign personal score, what would you do? Does it track different types of stats? Would you want your personal stats displayed to other players?
Defending points. I think this should be scaled so that if you defend it for a certain amount of time, or ward off a certain number of players, you end up getting more points than people who just cap home after losing it again and again……..
Keyring/chain (same as wallet UI, but separate?):
Currently using the shared inventory slots, and I dislike it.
#The keys do not automatically go into the shared inventory slots. Manually putting in 3 keys is ridiculous.
#The shared inventory slots have much better potential, like housing legendary weapons, more salvage kits, etc.
Bookcase/bookbag (bag would be with the wallet, for example)
#Only for completed books
#This is going to be a big problem if more books are added, and I hope they are!
Friends Panel – Groups
#I would love it if I could organize friends into, say, people I’ve met pvp-ing, so I don’t go around asking the people I’ve made friends with in PvE to PvP.
Build Swapping—Traits
#Having a drop down-menu would be ideal. Also codes so the builds become shareable.
Build Swapping—Gear
#The only way I see this working is having an “alternate” gear tab in the hero panel. The gear would be permanently stored there, and would have to be manually moved to change it.
Salvaging
#Salvage all light/medium/heavy armour.
Hero Panel—BL items
#This is just me, but as a completionist, if I had a tab for all of the gliders, for example, shown to me, I may throw more money at you.
Potions (and food, and utilities, etc)
#Maybe this is because dungeons pseudo-died, but the potions that went with them (powerful potion of svanir slaying, for example) seem to be extremely low use. Maybe this is because it’s more inventory bloat? Having a separate place for all of these may make a wider use for them and also increase the purchases.
#Being able to use the exact right utility/food for the exact right situation and changing it on the fly would be cool.

That text is kind of misleading….
I’m pretty sure I’ve done it multiple times but I guess I’ll try again…
Covered in Bees doesn’t give the AP credit but says “Challenge Completed Tier 1 of 1 Tier” when mousing over :/
Can no longer use the statue heads to activate the mortar.
So…blocking progress on Mawdrey.
