honestly i dont know really “that much about pcs” im runing a GTX 750 and my fps never drop below 50, 50 is the min and that because im recording (playing on highest settings btw)

the only thing that could make me lower settings not to low but medium is wvw 50v50 all others runs perfectly on highest values and i think my card is worst than urs, using atm amd fx processor and 16gb ram

but i think ur problem might not be graphics card but other component? always remember that a powerfull video card requires powerfull components to suport itself

if i could mention a game with a bad engine would be PoE, but i dont feel it on gw2 and im AMD usser o_o

There is no post from the Support Lead about your ticket number. Getting a response from the CS Team isn’t how that thread works. That thread is supposed to be for a final review from the Support Lead, Michael.

trust me i really got my answer , if i post ticket ull see dates honestly i dont win anything here on lying srsly .

its not like Support will magically fix it because im doing this. they wont im like really at least 90% sure they wont and i myself gave up trying.

everytime they reply my ticket they asked me same questions, they didnt even state this is wrong info or u missed this they just replied with same form everytime, and im pretty sure info was right not like i dont know my real name o_O

every reply was like telling me “hey im not reading what ur typing, keep typing it pls, until i finish having fun of you” or thats how i felt it

just to clarify whenever u get a anet mail it haves the anet logo on it , the one that look like a colisseum or w.e with red.
if mail doesnt have those propertys is a random player

yup i do have access to the email i really dont want em to change email i just want em to get the account back to email authentication insteed phone thats it
the only thing i think i didnt inlcude of what u mentioned is the birthday i think

like this is what i mean if i was a hacker or something , i would like my email to change in case i wanted to steal the account, and in case i just wanted the items i wouldnt bother making a post i would just wiped the account instantly lol.

inculpatuscedo.9234 yup i did on “tickets for review” just to correct u a bit i did on tickets with more than 3 days and 4 days after i placed it on more than 7 days tickets and finally yesterday i got my final answer wich was they cant help me

and i know u try to help telling me that i might lose my forums account by posting sensitive info but i wont have an ig account so what will be the use of having forums account?

like im using em now but ifi post sensitive stuf it just means i wiped my account no use for forums then like honestly

i actually tried it but to be able to sync the phone authenticator u dont actually need the old phone number but u somekind of number that was given to u when first turned in ur authenticator like ur number doesnt mather at all but this like secret key wich i didnt wrote down lol i thought it was just a small part of that 2step sync and done never thought i would need it on a future + there was no statement on site when bounding my phone that i would actually need that.

but if u know a way onwich i actually can use my old phone number thing on new one then ill apreciate it xD. but i read about it and its not ur phone number what u need but the “serial for authenticator” i just call it serial cuz idk whats the name for that

didnt remember about this but among those skins i even have a couple of fused skins wich arent available ingame anymore -tear- ;..;

You’re planning to post sensitive information on the forum and wipe your account, but you haven’t even lost your account yet. By your own statement you are only worried that one day you might permanently lose access to the account because the phone that you have authentication is dead.

Why don’t you try to get the phone fixed and try contacting the bank to pull up records for that credit card number before you post sensitive account information?

as i said alredy i have the bill were i bought the game lol 39 usd it even haves a code like the bill itself

also fixing my phone costs 300 usd +- wich is aprox 9 gw2 accounts…….. is not that my account is not that money worth to me but i simply dont have 300 usd to spare on a phone honestly

and ya i havent lost access but i will eventually as i mentioned i have a DYNAMIC IP wich changes every now and then the very moment it changes it will require me to verify …….thing that i wont be able to do in consecuence my account will be lock

and yes the lesson is more than valuable
1 never trust games support, w.e is the reason to much work or w.e they dont care anything but $ as all good company

2 WRITE DOWN ur serial always when buy a digital edition i never had a prob with this cuz this is actually the only digital game i got all others are boxy

3 if ur reading this post and u have lost ur serial DO NOT bound a phone to ur account u can screw urself, also if u did lost ur serial and have a phone bound this always a good time to change it b4 ur phone dies and u end like me

So, are you going to contact the bank and have them pull the records to see if they can find the credit card information? That information might be what you need to prove ownership. After that you can get the phone authentication disabled.

i really think ur not reading me or my language barrier is way way much

and the answer i got was

we cant still prove ur the owner of the account if u have more information to add we could keep helping if not we can close the ticket.

also on my guild forums a friend just told me he had same issue and he only had to give em the email he uses to login and got fixed asap.

i alredy gave em the email i use to loging , THE SO CALLED BANK RECORD, among other info….. this is why i think anet is being negligent….. but u guys can take ur own conclusion when again i post here the tickets … INCLUDING WITH THE BANK RECORD

You need to look up the Credit card that was used to buy the account if nothing else or you need to take your phone to the place that sells them and see about getting the chip replaced. Try contacting your bank to see if they have the credit card record on file.

The problem is not ANet’s negligence. The problem is that you have not yet provided the necessary information to prove ownership. The information you have provided so far is information that an account stealer can provide and ANet not confirming ownership on that basis is not negligence. So, yes. You need to contact and work with them.

Complaining on the forum will do nothing for you.

it wont the thing here is im giving up on my own account , also ill let u judge if its anet negligence or not when i link the tickets from my email, as i said i provided all respective info, no need to believe me ull see for urself, when i fell its all done ill just copy paste tickets even if they compromise my acc info i wont need my own account anymore i guess , sadly saying it but anet wont do anything .

but probably my tickets would let other people learn and see how their support care for em mainly for people that acutally spend real money in game and not gold.

but as i said ull get ur own judgement once u see the tickets

So you got the email your registered your account with originally compromised, didn’t bother to even list your game SN on a text file or a crummy paper on a notebook, mysteriously lost info on the cc you used to buy the account and Anet is the negligent party?

still i find myself that CREDIT CARD NUMBER WICH THE GAME WAS BOUGHT WITH + the bill of the game is more than enough proof dont u read?

Didn’t you make a thread earlier in another forum (Mobile and gw2) and said that the information you gave them was age of account (hacker could know), character names (hacker could know) and credit card used to buy gems (not the credit card that was used to buy the game and which is the credit card they require as proof).

In other words, in the other thread (where you deleted your posts) the information you said you gave support was not the information they need to prove ownership.

You need to contact them again and tell them what they need to know.

the reason why i delete em is cuz i wanted to wait for a very last reply from em, and no i provided every single piece of information ,besides serial code (digital edition) wich is more likely to be hacked , actually that info was on the mail i got hacked a year ago the one i dont have acces 2 so ya. for them the valuable info is what i got hacked lol but not the bills from the game wich is hirlarious

actually once i wipe my very own account cuz it seems what i need to do , ima copy paste here the tickets i wont do it yet cuz it will comprimise an alredy lost account ha ha

also u say u need to contact em , so they make me wait nearly 8-10 days just to tell me again they need serial? ……..

Can’t answer the first part.

But as for the ps, all accounts are active even if you’re not playing them, unless ANet closes them for misconduct.

well thats sad theyll have an active account until the game dies and no one will be able to use it not me not a hacker not anyone . xD

prolly anet will delete it or ban me when read this up but im on the point i really dc anymore

a couple of days ago my mobile was exposed to water and sadly it wont turn on ever again , so i went happily submit a ticket to ask em to remove it becuz i have a dynamic ip and coul become a problem in a future .

on the ticket i submit the info everything (besides serial code) even credit card used on account etc, even the stupid bills they send me everytime i purchase everything i sent em like 5 but i have like nearly 20-50.

the first reply i got was 4 days later , the reply had nothing on it but the very same questions i answer alredy once just with another gm signature, so i said ok np i answer again, for next reply i had to go on forums and post for more than 7 days tickets, so next reply i get is -we cant prove ur the owner of this account-.

so i explain why i dont have the serial i explain that xxxxxxxxxxxx email and provided the email name correctly was changed to xxxxxxxxxxx email , just for a security issue i had on were i lost acces to mentioned address , i made sure to tell what was the first email and when exactly was changed and to wich email was changed to.

so sadly i cant access that xxxxxx email i had b4 i lost complete acces to it.
i can acces to the current email thought but i doubt thats significant the email change was more than a year ago.

atm i still have access to my account and can still play w/o a prob, the problem here is since anet decided that credit card numbers isnt enough proof and all the other info the only legit proof acording to anet is a serial code (that is actually digital edition) LOL

so my only 2 options here is
-repair my mobile and do it myself that will average cost me around $300 usd (and demand anet or something <- lol i wish)

-wipe my own account <- haha and buy a new acc and rebuild from what i wiped on my very own account

sadly i will lose 2 years of work on my account prolly what hurts more is my wvw rank and my skins cuz i have a lot o_o

i know some mobile ussers have been able to deal with this, but theres also the unlucky ones as i do , if i knew this would happen i’d just keep email authentication from the begining.

all left 2 say is thx anet for treating ur customers in such a valuable way

well i’ ve been having several kicks and lag it started right after first patch of 2nd seasson lasted for a week then all was “stable” <- for that i mean theres still lag but not like this now it comes the second patch on 15 july and with it the insane lag and kicks to the point this game is unplayable at very first i thought was my net conection but i ran several test including playing other games and gw2 is the only one acting like this i just want to know if this will keep going while this 2nd season is on (i know many player do like story but for myself i’ve never done it and can tell u after all this issues now i hate it) i dont want to be rude but dont make me waste my time on a unplayable game :/
i must add that i solo really often arah and my times for path 1-3 are in bewteen 40mins- 1 hr with this late issues one path is taking around 6 hrs or it just cant be done have to quit half way or u get kicked at very last boss ……….. really wonderfull

also gaile u mentioning it doesnt need to be reported but this has been going for more than 15 days ………

There will also be # changes to some of the Ranger weapons.

i hope those # changes are for better and not worst like nerfing now lb like sb was nerfed or getting sword nerfed so we dont have any dps option xD
hopefully they bring back sb glory ranger cant be a ranger if its melee :/ and sword is best damage atm

i just want to know if theres actually any plan to fix this class, not saying should be overpowered but at least some more damage to short bow or maybe a fix to the sword chain sword is awesome for damage the prob is that gets u down constantly, maybe a pet fix 2?
idk i would like to have a reply from a net im just curious if i should stick to my ranger or stop wasting my time having the hope they’ll be fixed
