Guild Wars 2

I know there are plenty of ways to level but I have no idea what the priorities are. If I WvW all day am I missing anything important, if I pve open world 24/7 am I missing anything? If I dooooo just dungeons am I missing anything? I would love some advice on what a guy starting from scratch should be doing.

I just got back into the game to find my world pretty empty. I am on Crystal Desert and the leveling zones are just wastelands.

Is all people do WvW? Are there any particular servers I should guest on just to find trains or zergs?

Should I consider transferring to a more populated server after hitting 80? I mean it costs so much for no apparent reason. I’m not talking about the top 3 server either.

I am not even sure I want to level to 80 considering the process will just be boring unless I WvW which pales in comparison to the top servers.

I’m just looking to have a fun time with a large community and the community seems nonexistent.

Honestly my goal right now is just getting to 80 through PVE means I kind of solve my pvp lust in other games.

The real issue is how empty pve seems on some servers. I will definitely try TC server I just felt that after guesting the whole pve zone thing was just empty for every server.

I may or may not join a guild I was playing with friends but the boredom got the better of them thanks for the advice guys.

I do guest but how do I exactly know which is busier or which is the busiest!?

Like everyone is doing WvW and I feel as if all the zones are just completely dead. Not to sound emotional or anything but jesus christ it’s real lonely leveling to 80 LMAO.

Right now I’m just powering through it but oh my I’m about to throw a rock at how empty it seems until 80.
