Damage – Tryndamere hits so insanely hard due to his passive, which gives him more crit chance as his rage is built(by autoing and whatnot), also the passive to his Q, let’s him gain more attack damage with his health lost.
Look at two:

I meant, more. This obviously isn’t enough. More crit, more damage.
Why not look at Tryndamere from League Of Legends for inspiration? I can’t think of any better. For those who aren’t familiar, Tryndamere is an extremely hard hitting champion from LoL. Really this post is for more of the people who know him. I’m not the best at making these kinds of threads, but hear me out. I’m mainly talking about Greatsword btw.
Warriors being kited – A fast recharge shout that slows enemies moving away. Even fear them if they’re facing the warrior. This way he can’t be kited too hard, while still giving the enemy time to react and get away if they time things right.

These two simple mechanics would be huge on a warrior. Warriors absolutely need to hit hard. A warrior in kind, is someone you never want to come up against. Brute force, tossing you like a ragdoll. It has to be by your wits that you outplay a warrior. Not because of how little damage he does, or how you can just run circles around him.
Warrior needs some type of constant movement speed buff. Maybe as a passive for how much adrenaline built. That way, if he WANTS to use his burst skill, there’s a draw back for it. This would quite literally make it an execute skill, which is really what it should be. Also the greatsword burst skill is pathetic. It should deal like x3-4 more times the damage it does now. Anyway. I don’t expect much reaction from this. I just figured I’d share my thoughts, as I feel scary when I play tryn, but I feel like a little kitten when I play warriors on GW2.
How do you deal with this? I play a guardian, running a support/bunker build. And it’s so insanely hard to keep alive against a engineer running up, and spamming grenades. Not only are the particles disorienting, but the damage is just insane. I’m trying to get some friends into the game, and every time we come into a game where a nades engi comes strolling in, sits high somewhere and drops infinite bombs on our face, we just melt. And it discourages my team so much. I need to know how to deal with them quickly once we see the nades start flying. Or else I fear my friends will just quit because of this.
As the title says please. I’m a highly competitive player on Northern shiverspeak, and It’s quite dead here. I need to transfer to a more PvP Heavy server.
I simply wanted to say I am genuinely disappointed in your lack of care for your true community. The community that will drive the game. I’m genuinely disappointed in your efforts to understand what would truly make this game an esport. I waited so many years for this game, I waited so many years for the great Guild Wars 2. I played GW Every single day, every night. PvP all the time, GvG every moment I could. And to have you guys throw expectations in your fans faces is insulting. You know what Anet.. I’m sure you’ve made your money back. I’m sure you’re happy with that. You just keep making your game for casual players, hold their hands please, because those kids are going to be the ones to push your glorious game to esport history. Thanks Anet, for all your hype and promises. Thank you for truly letting your FANS down. I pre-purchased this game, played every beta, and played it on release. The only thing you have to do. Is implement a 5v5 deathmatch. Just like GW1. Even 3v3. Your game will never be an esport if you don’t do this. You’ve been lying to yourself, and not only did you let us down, you let yourself down. You sold the game on hype and nothing else. That’s not something to be proud of.
Wow.. Just wow…
Wow.. Just wow…A friend and I stumbled on this event as we were passing by. Stopping Centaur from creating siege weapons, then taking it over. After that we thought we were done, Saw the seraph move in and take it as their own, then a massive full scale assault. I’ve never seen so many npcs. It was pretty awesome. After we beat off the assault, we protected the yak or w.e as it brought supplies to another outpost.. This was So god kitten awesome.. And it could of been epic, but it fell short… It was way too easy. Events on a scale like this should be hard.. There should be bosses that rip people apart. Several bosses even. I don’t like the fact that by myself, I destroyed like 15 centaur coming through the gate, solo. Where’s the challenge? I want to die. I WANT TO DIE! I Want to have to think, I want my heart racing to stay alive. I want the community to fail, I want to band together in an epic struggle to take it back and regain our honor! I hate that everything is so god kitten baby easy. EVERYTHING is too easy. I hardly come across any events ever, except the fire elemental in Asura area, but it’s easy once you know what you’re doing. But kitten that is an event. Please for the love of god, make these harder. The community will be MOER of a community. You’ll have people in Map chat-
" NEED HELP TAKING BACK EARTHWORKS BLUFFS! GATHERING AT SUCH AND SUCH" That would be awesome…. Please consider this, I know this game is for casual players, but this isn’t asking for much. People want a challenge, there are plenty of events players can sit around and drink from their sippy cup and get gold.
I see ALOT of “Thieves are op, Mesmers are op.” Is it just me or am I the only one wondering why not a whole lot is being said about bomb engis? They run in circles, spamming buttons and nuke the absolute kitten out of entire teams or 1 person. It is soooooooo difficult to contest a point vs this build simply because the amount of consistent damage and condis AS theyre kiting, not to mention cc. Anyone thoughts? :\
I’ve been thinking the exact same thing. Last thing he said was within the next few days. But it’s a-net! When it’s finished alright? Now kitten and wait for the silly blog where we all laugh because a-net doesn’t understand wtf they’re doing.
Right… I run condi + power too. Usually running about 3.2k Power + 1.3kish condi dmg on my characters… So far I’ve only been able to do it well with thief. Caltrops + death blossom is insanely easy to stack 15-25 bleeds quickly. But on other characters I’m working hard to put these condis up, taking MY time to do this, for them to be removed by simple skills. All bleed stacks at once makes you start from square 1.
Is it just me or is maintaining conditions on people harder than it should be.. I’ve tried a condi build on every class, but it feels so sub par to just straight damage output. It takes a while for the damage to start sticking, and if they have ANY condi removal it just dominates your build. Any thoughts? :\
