When I throw my fractal capacitor in the mystic forge to upgrade it, will this make my capacitor account bound again? So if use already equiped it on a character and now throwing it in the forge i can equip it on another character?
Doing all jp’s might be not that hard, but getting a title for it would be a fun motivations to do them all.
Please no more wings.. we need a lot of different options, not more and more wings that just looks lame and cheesy
