its not some random reddit post that has confirmed no spears or new weapons it was actual interviews that have said so.

It seems op already knows that. It seems more like the OP wants new weapons because new weapons types are always better, which they could be.

OP simply isn’t accepting the fact that Arenanet’s priorities are no in line with his.

I can refuse to accept the laws of gravity, doesn’t mean I’m any less bound by them.

Don’t bother trying to talk sense to him, he’s in the middle of a rage spiral; the thing he wants isnt going to happen, and thus he won’t listen to logic.
Rather, he will rant and rage and fling faeces rather than come up with a solid argument.

You’re demanding a new weapon to replace a weapon that “all” Warriors use because it’s the most viable. Are you seriously suggesting that Anet purposefully throw in a new weapon specifically to replace a weapon that doesn’t need replacing?

You’re right, you aren’t a developer. And thats a fact we should all be grateful for.

At this stage, I think its safe to say that Necro’s are never going to be buffed to any real degree: Anet only buff classes that wear Heavy Armor

Going to have to give a 6/10 for that one: it just doesn’t look very necromancy, though it is nice to see that shoulder piece getting some attention.
Also, the rose just kills it.

I’ve gone for the more Dark Trickster look, sort of like the Joker if he dabbled in raising the dead.

I’ve recently started to see the appeal of masks……I may have taken it too far.

Are we Dragon minions? No.

Is the Pale Tree being a little bit skimpy on the actual facts? Probably.

I’m of the opinion that Sylvari are incorruptible due to the fact that they have a completely different physiology to the rest of Tyrian civilisation: we are plant-based lifeforms with sap for blood. I’m fairly certain that the currently active Elder Dragons simply don’t have a clue as to how they should treat us.

That said, the Nightmare as a whole is a little poorly explained; we know that the Nightmare Court was created by Cadeyrn after he split from the Pale Tree due to various reasons (the other sylvari refusing to avenge the treatment of Malomedies by the Asura, for example). By that logic, the Nightmare Court wasn’t always implicitly evil; they were just fed up of having to take the pacifist route all the time.

Then suddenly we have Faolain showing up and abruptly becoming Grand Duchess of the court, supplanting Cadeyrn (no pun intended) and making him into one of her Champions. And the rest, they say, is history.

If Faolain is a Firstborn, and Cadeyrn is/was a Secondborn, why is the hierarchy in the Court the way it is? If Faolain was truly as nasty as we suspect, surely she would have upped sticks and formed the Court of her own accord, without having to wait for a Secondborn to show up and do it first?

I doubt its anything as interesting as Abaddon: I’m fairly certain that its a Toxic Hybrid.

I thoroughly approve of finishers on NPCs; its a great way to promote finisher sales, since not everyone likes PvP.
I bought the spectre finisher for my Necro, purely because I can use it to finish NPC’s. Heck, add the mechanic to every enemy from Veterans up, and Anet will be rolling in finisher money.

Trickster armor is epic, and so is having a Sensible Backpack!

At this stage, I’m fairly certain I’m just going to ditch my Necro and level a Guard: Anet seem to be mortally afraid of buffing anything that doesn’t wear heavy armor.

Kralkatorrik is an ELDER DRAGON

They exist to devour everything magical in the world, then fall asleep and wait for the world to recharge.

Come to think of it, they’re basically Reapers without the cool voice-overs.

USING MY AMAZING PSYCHIC POWERS I HAVE DETERMINED WHAT THE NEXT UPDATE WILL ENTAIL:

There shall be a Great Krait Obelisk revealed in the middle of Lake Viathan. Also, there will probably be a Lake Viathan Leviathan, because that name is too stupid to NOT lead to that.

We shall climb this Obelisk, fighting krait as we do, and there shall be a boss fight with Interesting Mechanics at the very top.

There shall be Mini Krait available in the Gem Store, and nobody will buy them because minis are stupid.

There may also be “buffs” that don’t actually buff anything, because Anet are mortally afraid of buffing anything that doesn’t wear Heavy Armor.

I REALLY like how that turned out.

The face looks amazing, for some reason it really gives off the whole “not-quite-alive-but-not-quite-dead” look.

To be honest, I’m quite a fan of giving Necromancers shields in the off-hand slot.

Mostly because I love shields, but also because we are the most aggressive of the caster classes: we’re always right up in our enemies faces, so a little extra defense won’t hurt.

Yeah, you may have to up your prices if this keeps up!
