I received the same e-mail, hopefully someone can clear up its legitimacy.

I just did the story mission “Graveyard Ornaments” on my charr engineer and i was getting spammed with this message.

My account medal and achievement finally updated to 100% but still no reward chest or Gift of Exploration.
