It isn’t the same thing. It’s like running onto the court during a basketball game, stealing the ball and dunking it. You just look stupid and childish.
But the Harlem Globetrotters did that once, and everyone enjoyed it!!!
I know that at least TW will gvg, but please don’t talk about someone for havign map zergs. TW is known for having map zergs everywhere. You have the best map zergs, but still. Map zergs.
I’m not arguing that TW has run Full Map zergs, every guild in T1 has run a full map zerg. We have however proved that in equal numbers GvG’s, our guild is just as effective. This is what I’m trying to get BT to prove, but I cant seem to pull them from that protective blob.
I still don’t get what’s so great about GvG?
Its just follow the leader, and outlasting your enemy with regen/keeping stability up/ and condition removing. (Something WvW guilds do everyday or should be doing lol)
I’d take 1v1 duels or 5v5(Boon limit) group fights to prove personal skill any day, then rolling in a zerg.
Sadly in T1 roaming and small fights like these never exist, unlike lower tiers.
Your guild will never know until you try once, I can say without doubt that our GvG with AGG was one of the most epic fights I’ve had in GW. Zerging it up does consist of those things that you said but at the end of the day its just zerging. The build up to a big fight, as well as fighting in one, is some of the best nerves/excitement you can have in this game. It’s quite hard to explain, best way to find out what it’s like, try.
I’ve actually GvGed before in previous guilds I was in, it really is enjoyable if you get 2 decent guilds to butt heads. (My opinion not BT’s haha)
Though I doubt BT will ever GvG , its not what they play WvW for.
But discrediting a guilds skill/ performance for not wanting to participate in it, doesn’t seem sensible to me.

ehh…kinda weak video considering the fact your blur out the mini map in the lower right hand corner in and effort to hide the numbers you are putting on the field during your fights.
I notice a particular guild is missing from your “exploits” as well…
I’m tired of people posting kitten about blurring videos. We do it because we use multiple commander tags for our strategies. You don’t see nfl coaches letting the other team read their play books do you?

I also attached a picture I snapped during that south camp fight, so shut up already about us blurring things for our own right. Try to make the people in japan not blurr their porn! tyty
How is blurring a map comparable to allowing us to read your play book? Are the strategies you employ that simple that we only have to look at a map to see the other commander tag to understand everything you are doing? (BTW, that screenshot only has one commander tag…)

Sorry, didn’t realize there was a standards committee. I’ll bring my game up to match next time. My point still stands. They don’t blur because of tactics, they blur to prevent individuals from scoffing at their numbers on the field. I can see their movements on the field without their commander tags.
They actually do use 3 commander tags most of the time when on a map, but making up theories on why they blur seems to be your objective.

I don’t care what anyone says, no siege has made GW2 1000x more fun.
No more 2-3 players sitting on fail carts to fight off enemy, no more lonely treber with too much time on he’s hands, and esp. encourages players to fight open fields.
So DB is complaining about getting double teamed in T2 and SoR is asking to be double teamed in T1, lets trade those 2 servers, we’d be happy to have DB in T1.

Eh.. I don’t think that’s a glitch as you can get a really wide FoV if you’re using a 3 monitor setup. You can also play in windowed mode to get a wider FoV.
So your justifying it’s fair game? to arrow cart everything inside a tower from inside a tunnel then outside keep walls? cause you can increase FoV?
The last one an arrow cart can use the space above the door to for a target area. Not sure about the tower or the outter gates.
Last pic was taken when he was on treb yes, but afterwards he started AC’ing the inside basin with no field view, at the Tower he Ac’ed everything inside from supply depot all the way to lords. (literally).
